Here’s what you’ll need:⁣⁣
① 140 g. (1,5 cup) gluten free oats ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⁣⁣
② 30 g. (0,5 cup) shredded coconut⠀ ⠀⁣
③ 80 g. Peanut Butter⁣⁣
④ 2 scoops @vivolife 𝗥𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗿⁣⁣
⑤ 1/4 cup Plant based milk⁣⁣

Method 1:⁣⁣
You can add all the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor. Mix until you have a consistency that’s not too dry or sticky. Add in some more plant milk, if the mixture is too dry 🍪 ⁣⁣

Method 2: ⁣⁣
Blend the oats in a blender until you have a flour. Mix all your dry ingredients in a bowl, and then add in you liquids, starting with the rice milk. Mix with a spoon until you have a dough that’s not to dry or sticky! If it’s too dry, add in some more plant milk!⁣⁣

Start rolling your protein balls (each should be around 30 g.) Melt some vegan chocolate in the microwave (be careful not to burn it - check on it evey 20 seconds and stir with a spoon)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Place the ball into the chocolate and coat it. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet, and freeze them for 30 min. ⁣⁣
BOOM! You now have some very tasty treats to store in your fridge.
